THE CUSTOMER’S PERSPECTIVE
In the 2020 interview, Dr. Paul Kim, then director of the Veterans Health Administration’s Office of Emergency Management, discusses deploying the system together or in smaller units. His explanation connects the arrangement of the facility to the needs of the response.
